We know that this is a bowl of instant noodles, but we kid you not when we say that the broth taste like it has been simmered for hours resulting in a great umami taste of the tonkatsu as well as the gentle flavours of the kombu. Perfect if you had your own char siew, a boiled egg, spring, and you wash it all down a nice cold beer.
