Chia seed is widely known for its health benefits and is a great source of Omega-3, protein and fibre, while raw cacao nibs are bursting with magnesium, antioxidants and anandamide. The seeds and raw cacao nibs are mixed with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of coconut flower syrup. An ideal addition to muesli, granola, or a smoothie, or as a snack on its own!
