Tasty's Review:
One of our local favourites - spicy and savoury seafood platter. Singapore's version of grilled seafood platter is slathered with a generous serving of Sambal - A chilli paste made from a variety of chilli peppers that Singaporean's can't live without! This Singapore BBQ Seafood ridge-cut potato chips pack a spicy punch, just like your usual hawker seafood platters such as sambal stingray. There was a good spicy kick, and the spice builds up bite after bite!
