Return and Cancellation Policy

Return of your Products

Products which are sold at a discounted price or given by Tasty Snack free of charge are neither returnable nor refundable.

Please check your product order upon delivery. Subject always to Tasty Snack not being liable for Products that are damaged or lost during transit under clause 2(d) above or due to the circumstances set out in the Product Warranty in clause 4 below, in the event that the Product at the time of receipt is (i) the wrong Product; (ii) of a fundamentally different nature from such Product sold on the Site; (iii) expired, visibly spoiled or unconsumable; (iv) contained in broken packaging; or (v) appears to have been tampered with or unsafe for consumption, or at the time of you consuming the Products before their expiry, that they are spoiled or unconsumable, you may return the Product to Tasty Snack for a refund or replacement under clause 3(b).

Procedure for Return of Products

If you wish to return your Products for the reasons specified in this clause 3, please write to us at askus@tastysnack.asia to initiate a Return Request within two (2) days from the date of the delivery of your product order. Upon receiving your Return Request, Tasty Snack may require additional information and/or documentation about the state of your Products before accepting your Return Request and processing your refund. Tasty Snack shall, at its absolute discretion, refund to you the whole or part of the purchase price of the returned Products. 

Upon receiving confirmation of Tasty Snack’s acceptance of your Return Request, please send your Products to be returned to 1 Kim Seng Road #13-05, Great World City Singapore 237994. Tasty Snack recommends that you use a carrier which offers delivery tracking service to send your returned Products. Tasty Snack shall not be responsible for any loss of the Products before it is delivered and received by Tasty Snack.

Cancellation of your Order

If the price of a Product was misstated on the Site when you placed an order for it, and you have not received the delivery of the Product yet, Tasty Snack reserves the right to cancel your product order and terminate the sale and purchase agreement between you and Tasty Snack without your consent. Any payment that has already been made by you for such Product shall then be refunded.

Subscription Plans

Should you change your mind about your subscription plan, you may at any time change or modify how often you wish to receive your subscription boxes, or cancel your subscription plan or any subscription box which has not been delivered to you free of charge. To initiate a Modification or Cancellation Request, please write to us at askus@tastysnack.asia at least seven (7) days before the next date for the delivery of your Products.

Product orders which have been delivered to you under your subscription plan cannot be cancelled; please initiate a Return Request in accordance with clause 3(b) above instead.

Depending on the payment method that you have chosen for your subscription plan, if the cancelled order(s) have not been paid for, Tasty Snack will cancel the relevant transactions of the pending payments; if the cancelled orders have already been paid by you, Tasty Snacks will refund the relevant payments to you in accordance with clause 3(e) below subject to the terms and conditions therein.

Refunds

Your refund will be made to you via the same method which you have chosen and used to make the original payment to Tasty Snack. The costs associated with the refund (such as the processing fees charged by the payment processor) shall be borne by Tasty Snack.

Tasty Snack does not promise the timeliness of your refund; the amount of time Tasty Snack may take to process your refund, if it is indicated on the Site or in any communication to you, is only an estimate and Tasty Snack shall not be liable for any delay in the refund unless the delay is unreasonable and is due to the fault or error of Tasty Snack.

All refunds are conditional on Tasty Snack’s acceptance of your valid Return Request and receipt of your returned Products. Tasty Snack reserves the right and absolute discretion to inspect any returned Product and refuse receipt of a returned Product which (i) if the Product is returned for being the wrong Product sent to you, is used or not in its original packaging; (ii) does not correspond to your product order and (iii) has expired due to your delay in returning the Products to Tasty Snack.

In the event of Tasty Snack refusing receipt of your returned Products, Tasty Snack shall not process your refund and may send the returned Products back to you at your own costs.
