Shipping Policy
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDERS
Tasty Snack does not deliver the Products to you itself. All product orders will be sent to you via third party carriers. The Products will be delivered according to your choice of delivery method as stated in your product order, and to the address which you have specified in your product order. Tasty Snack shall not be responsible for any delay or error in delivery due to your choice of delivery method or wrongly specifying the delivery address, or any loss or damage of your Products once the Products are sent to the third party carrier.
The delivery of your product order shall be subject to the availability of the Products. If there will be a substantial delay in Tasty Snack fulfilling your product order because of the unavailability of the Products, Tasty Snack will use reasonable efforts to inform you about the delay and ship your product order as soon as it is able to do so. Upon receiving such notification on the substantial delay, you may choose to:
- cancel your product order within two (2) days and request for a refund according to the procedure set out in clause 3 (Return and Cancellation Policy); or
- substitute the unavailable Products with other Products of the same or greater value, provided that you shall pay for the difference between the value of your original product order and your substituted product order, if any.
The delivery time as stated on the Site is an estimate only and shall not be taken as a warranty or indemnity as to the amount of time it takes to deliver your product order. Whilst Tasty Snack endeavours to make every reasonable effort to deliver the Products to you, Tasty Snack cannot and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery not caused by its failure to process your product order (up until the Products are shipped) within a reasonable amount of time.
Unless you have already cancelled your product order in accordance with this clause 2 or clause 3 (Return and Cancellation Policy), if you fail or refuse to take delivery of your product order, Tasty Snack will use reasonable efforts to contact you regarding the failed delivery and may arrange for a second delivery within a reasonable amount of time. Tasty Snack is entitled to not attempt a second delivery unless you confirm that you will receive or collect the second delivery. Any deterioration in the quality of the Products arising, partly or wholly, from your failure to take delivery of the Products on its first delivery shall not be responsibility Tasty Snack. In any event, regardless of whether a second delivery was attempted or made, Tasty Snack is entitled to retain the payment for such product order.
If additional Products were delivered to you by mistake, Tasty Snack reserves the right to charge you for these additional Products unless you initiated a Return Request to return them in accordance with clause 3 (Return and Cancellation Policy) within two (2) days from the date of their delivery.
