Tasty’s Review:
The fish skin is coated with a savoury and aromatic mixture of salted egg yolk, butter, curry leaves, and other spices, creating a harmonious blend of flavours that is both savoury and slightly sweet. Salted egg yolk is very well known in ASEAN countries so if you don't get a taste if you're in Singapore , it's a miss!
