Crispy and slightly crunchy with a little grease, there is a great mouthfeel to this pack. Snackmates, Irvins has perfected the salted egg taste - you can taste the savouriness of the salted egg yolk without it being overpowering. We feel that this salted egg fish skin packs the true taste of Singaporean culture. A humble hawker dish made into one of the best selling snacks.
